In order to save some trees, I typically do not print out packing slip. However, if this is something you would prefer to have, just add a note when you checkout and I will be more than happy to print it for you!

There will be a place to specify that your purchase is for a gift and to even leave a gift message during checkout!

Sure! You can request to return any order, that is not a custom order, within 5 days post delivery, given you have receipt or proof of purchase and item is not damaged by any fault other than shipping. You must ship returned order within 21 days of the accepted return. 

Of course, as long as you have requested a cancellation no later than 24 hours after initial purchase.
